I've left a number of recipes in their original form because I think it's a nice way to capture an historical set of recipes. You'll see that many rely on the memory and creativity of the individual cook to modify, adjust and to make due.

This Web site contains information on a small sub-set of relatives that I am actively researching. My files contain nearly 3,000 names and roughly 1,400 families. For those individuals listed on this site, each "card" contains only basic information. In many cases, my collection includes census records, family crests, maps, photos, vital documents, etc. Most of them are already digitized, and I'm willing to share additional information.
